1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Cam Model on Cam Afrik, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform as a Cam Model.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide valid government-issued identification to verify your age and identity.
• You must have the legal right to perform and broadcast adult content from your country of residence.

3. Cam Model Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast, upload, or share.
• You must not produce or display illegal, non-consensual, or prohibited content.
• You must not allow third parties to appear in your broadcasts without their verified consent.
• You must not share your account or allow anyone else to use it.

4. Earnings & Payments

• Cam Models earn revenue based on tokens spent by viewers in their shows.
• Token-to-currency conversion rates are determined by Cam Afrik and may change at our discretion.
• Payouts are processed according to Cam Afrik’s published schedule and minimum threshold requirements.
• Cam Models are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• You retain ownership of your original content.
• By streaming on Cam Afrik, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your broadcasts on the platform.
• You may not redistribute or sell Cam Afrik content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No underage, non-consensual, or illegal content.
• No impersonation or fraudulent activities.
• No directing viewers to external payment systems or competing platforms.

7. Suspension & Termination

Cam Afrik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

8. Disclaimers

Cam Afrik provides the platform “as is.” We are not responsible for outages, loss of earnings, or actions of viewers. Cam Models assume all risks associated with streaming adult content.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
